About Us

Patrick Allen Thomas
- As of this writing (early 2006), I'm 40 years old, born in Bowling Green, KY. I attended public school there and even completed a college degree in Broadcasting from Western Kentucky University. (Go Hilltoppers!) I work as an IT professional in the Nashville, TN area. In my spare time I sing in a barbershop quartet, and serve my chapter and district of the Barbershop Harmony Society in many various capacities.

Pamela Ann Thomas
- I won't tell you how old Pam is, but she loves reminding me that I am always 6 years and 7 weeks older than she is. Pam was born in Kenosha, WI, lived there till the age of 16, then her family moved to Elizabethtown, KY, where she finished public school, and then attended Western Kentucky University, getting her degree in Elementary Education. She works in accounting for a large real estate company in Nashville. She is very much into astronomy as a hobby, and is the past President of her local astonomical society.
Oh, Pam had a little surgery in July of 2005, and has lost over 135 lbs. She looks amazing!

We live in Spring Hill, Tennessee. For those of you who don't know, this city is the 14th fastest growing city in America, and home to the Saturn car manufacturing plant. Anyway, Pam and I have been married for over 8 years now, and we have yet to have kids. OK, so we have plenty of the four legged variety, with 2 cats and a dog. However, not having a child at this point in our lives was something we deeply miss and feel we wanted badly.

One night relaxing at home, we came across a TV documentary done by MSNBC/National Geographic Ultimate Explorer called "China's Lost Girls". The next hour of television simply changed our lives. When the show was over, we simply looked at each other and knew that adopting from China was what we were meant to do. Within an hour, we were on the internet researching what all was involved in adopting. Little did we realize what a long, time consuming process lay ahead of us. We were not about to be intimidated by this, however, and off we go into paper pregnancy. Our research brough us to an agency in Boise, ID called CASI. What made us choose them was their work in their local community, and their cooperation with Boise State University, sponsoring charity concerts along with the BSU Music department, etc.

OK, enough about us, FAITH is what this website is about.
